This reusable resin form is made from durable 3/4 inch thick High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) with interior dimensions of 11" long x 11" wide x 3" deep. It comes fully assembled except for the clamp bars and includes integrated T-slots and clamp hardware to secure wood or other materials during epoxy pours. The form features an integrated leveling system with adjustable feet and bubble levels to ensure a flat pour surface. Designed for easy blank removal, only one short side needs to be removed to release your cured resin blank. Use a mold release agent before each pour to protect the form and extend its life. This form is ideal for makers and woodworkers casting epoxy blanks for further shaping and finishing.

- 2 HDPE Clamp Bars and 12 HDPE Clamp Blocks

- Screwdriver for leveling feet
- All necessary hardware for assembly
Usage notes: Apply a mold release agent before each use as recommended by the releasing agent manufacturer. The form is designed to save setup time and keep your work secure during curing. Minor surface scuffs on the HDPE are normal and do not affect the final resin blank quality.

How Durable Are Epoxy Tables?
When made with premium resin and hardwood, epoxy tables are built to last for many years; for surfaces that see heavy use, a light refinish every 5–7 years helps maintain their original beauty.
Care & Maintenance
A soft cloth and mild soap keep it pristine. No harsh chemicals, no excessive upkeep. Use coasters, felt pads, and placemats to prevent scratches. Avoid placing hot pots and pans that are straight from the stove top or oven. Excessive heat will damage your design. For maximum longevity, refresh the topcoat every few years.

How Does Delivery Work?
We process and ship your order using major carriers or freight services for oversized items. Tracking is always provided, and delivery is typically door-side unless otherwise arranged. You'll be contacted on the day of delivery, and for larger orders, a signature may be required—but you’ll be notified in advance.
Is Assembly Required?
Yes, but it’s easy. Your table ships with all the tools you need—just attach the legs to the base. These tables are heavy, so we recommend two people for assembly.
Will My Table Look Just Like Images?
Every table is one of a kind—no two slabs are identical. Expect the same design, craftsmanship, and epoxy color, but with unique wood grain and character.
