How Long Does It Take To Build My Table?
Standard projects take about 12 weeks to complete. Larger projects may require more time, but if you have a specific deadline, let us know. We’ll work with you to ensure we meet your timeline and communicate what’s possible for our team.
How Does Delivery Work?
We bring your table to your driveway or front door. Want it carried inside and set up? Just ask about our White Glove Delivery (extra fee). Most tables arrive in 3–5 business days after completion and shipment. For bigger projects, we’ll coordinate freight shipping with you directly.
Is There A Discount On Larger Orders?
Yes! If you're a designer, working on a commercial project, or purchasing multiple tables for a residential project, we'll automatically apply a 20% discount to your order.
Is There a Product Warranty?
While we're a smaller company and don't offer long-term warranties, we stand behind our work with a 'Made Right' guarantee. We encourage you to inspect your table within 24 hours of delivery—if any damage occurs during shipment, just let us know. We’ll work with you to find the best solution and make sure you're completely satisfied with your piece.
Is Assembly Required?
Yes, but it’s super simple—just attach the legs. We include the tools, but the table’s heavy, so grab a friend. Need help? Ask about our White Glove setup.
How Thick Our The Table Tops?
Our tabletops are come standard at approximately 1.75" thick
How Do I Care for My Custom Table?
Wipe with a soft cloth and mild soap—no harsh cleaners. Use coasters and pads to avoid scratches. Over time, you can refresh the finish to keep it looking new.
