Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products being custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Damage Inspection
Inspect your order within 24 hours of delivery. If there is shipping damage, contact us immediately. We will provide a free repair kit or find a solution that works for you.

Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once placed. We highly recommend ordering swatches and finalizing your design before purchasing. If you must cancel, contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll see what we can do.
