Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for new, unused products. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to begin a return or discuss any issue at support@resinsociety.net.

Approved returns are sent by mail. Customers are responsible for return shipping for ordinary returns. There is no restocking fee. Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days after the returned item is received and approved. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us so we can make it right.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund for any reason at any time.
