How Does Delivery Work?
We offer free FedEx curbside delivery on all products. Need extra care? Upgrade to White Glove Delivery—just contact us for details. Shipping takes an additional 3-5 business days. For larger or commercial projects, we’ll typically use a freight forwarder and coordinate with you on the best delivery options.
Is There A Discount On Larger Orders?
Yes! If you're a designer, working on a commercial project, or purchasing multiple tables for a residential project, we'll automatically apply a 15% discount to your order.
Is There a Product Warranty?
While we're a smaller company and don't offer long-term warranties, we stand behind our work with a 'Made Right' guarantee. We encourage you to inspect your table within 24 hours of delivery—if any damage occurs during shipment, just let us know. We’ll work with you to find the best solution and make sure you're completely satisfied with your piece.
Is Assembly Required?
Yes, but it’s a breeze. Your table ships with all the tools you need—simply attach the legs to the base. These tables are heavy, so we recommend two people for assembly. For larger projects, let us know if you need special assistance, or opt for White Glove Delivery to have your table set up. Additional charges may apply.
How Thick Our The Table Tops?
Our tabletops are approximately 1.75" thick
How Do I Care for My Custom Table?
To keep your table looking its best, simply use a soft cloth and mild soap to clean it. Avoid harsh chemicals. To protect the surface, use coasters, placemats, and felt pads to prevent scratches. For long-term care, refresh the topcoat every few years for maximum durability.
How Long Does It Take To Build My Table?
Standard small projects take about 12 weeks to complete. Larger projects may require more time, but if you have a specific deadline, let us know. We’ll work with you to ensure we meet your timeline and communicate what’s possible for our team.
