Large Epoxy Resin Form 20.5” x 12.5” x 2” by Ahonui Artisans

This large epoxy resin form is designed for makers who want a reusable, hassle-free mold for casting resin blanks. Made from durable 3/4 inch thick High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), it comes fully assembled and ready to use with integrated leveling feet, bubble levels, and a T-track system for secure clamping. The form measures 20.5 inches long by 12.5 inches wide by 2 inches deep on the inside, making it suitable for larger resin pours.

Its built-in gasket eliminates the need to seal or tape the form between pours. Simply remove one short side to release your cured blank, then replace the side and apply mold release for the next use. This design saves time and keeps your workspace cleaner by avoiding messy sealants and caulking.

The included clamp bars and hardware help hold wood or other materials firmly in place during curing, preventing movement or floating. Note that this form produces resin blanks that require further finishing; it is not intended to create a final, ready-to-sell product.

Use a recommended mold release agent before each pour to protect the form and ensure easy removal. Minor surface scuffs on the HDPE may transfer to your resin but can be sanded away during finishing.
