Details
An authentic vintage rug mat woven by the Tuareg people in or around Niger, believed to date from the 1970s. This handwoven mat measures 1'5" x 2'1" (excluding warps and tassels) and features the distinctive merges of straw pieces characteristic of Tuareg weaving. Sold as found in vintage condition, gentle flushing water cleaning is possible but finalizes the sale. A unique collector’s piece linking tradition and daily life.
